Well, it's not invisible. The ink is white, which is what allows it to glow under black lighting.

I'm sure there's a formula for safe tattoo ink that is transparent unless you put it under a black light.  Whether or not it's been discovered is another story.

If you think about it, it's extremely dangerous.
So I'm gonna stop thinking about it and enjoy it like Jo already is doing  ;)
