My desktop These days has about 29 pictures rotating in a random order (about 20 of which are dragons).
Here's a few of my favorites.

My desktop. I have a peace of software that changes the background for each monitor one at a time every so often pulling images from a folder where I'v collected artwork and photos over the years. I don't like to use icons, I have most programs I used pinned to the task bard since usually I don't see the desktop, and don't want the images covered by the icons when I do. :P

And my phone, which also had an atumatic wallpaper changer pulling from the same folder.

Depends what I'm doing. I use the 3 on the bottom in surround for gaming sometimes, the 4th on top is so I can keep an eye on IRC or other chats. other times multiple monitors is really awesome for productivity, Research on one, a document on another, Netflix on the 3rd to make sure I keep focused on my work.
This is how the setup looks like:
